You can book a selection of experiences whilst visiting the Laverstoke Mill. Go behind the scenes and find out how they infuse ten exotic botanicals from all round the world to produce their delicious Gin. Choose from The Hosted Experience, which includes a complimentary drink in the Mill Bar and a guide to take you through the distillery. The Self Discovery Experience, which involves exploring the distillery in your own time with an interactive map and a complimentary drink in the Mill Bar as well. Or you could book onto one of their Gin Cocktail Masterclasses, which gives you the opportunity to learn how to create delicious cocktails.
Situated in a Conservation Area with over 1000 years of history, Laverstoke Mill has a unique story spanning from the Domesday Book to the British Raj. It is known that there has been a Mill on site in Laverstoke since at least 903 AD, but of course it wasn’t always a gin distillery but was marked in the Domesday Book in 1086 as a corn mill.
