Contacting the hotel

We are currently experiencing an unprecedented numbers of enquires and advise anyone who wishes to contact the Winchester Royal Hotel to please do so via email rather than telephone.

The team are currently very stretched due to the on-going issues from caused by the Coronavirus pandemic, but we have dedicated members of staff working remotely on email who can handle queries.

If you need to get in touch with the hotel, please email reservations@winchesterroyalhotel.com and we will do our best to deal with your query as quickly as possible.

For those who need to call the hotel, we ask that you please bear with us. The best times to get an answer are between 11am-1pm and 7pm-9pm.
